Signature Art Prize 2014 Exhibition at Singapore Art Museum

The Signature Art Prize recognizes the most outstanding contemporary work by both emerging and established artists from across the Asia-Pacific region over the last three years. The Singapore Art Museum currently presents the 15 finalists that were chosen from a total of 105 nominated artworks from 24 countries and territories including Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The winners of the Signature Art Prize 2014 are Ho Tzu Nyen (Grand Prize), Melati Suryodarmo (Jurors’ Choice), Liu Jianhua (Jurors’ Choice), and Yao Jui-chung + Lost Society Document (LSD) (People’s Choice). The other finalists are Choe U-Ram, Farida Batool, Ranbir Kaleka, Owen Leong, Naeem Mohaiemen, Nguyen Trinh thi, Peng Wei, Lisa Reihana, Arin Rungjang, Go Watanabe, and Zhao Renhui.
