Swiss Federal Design Prize 2006 / Museum of Design Zurich

This exhibition features the winners of the design competition organized by the Swiss Federal Office of Culture (BAK), one of the most important contemporary design promotion instruments. The exhibition provides an insight into current Swiss design work in the fields of graphics, textile and fashion design, photography, and industrial and stage design. Design is not just considered from purely aesthetic, formal and technical viewpoints, but also from the point of view of objects’ emotional impact.
