Jongbum Choi audio-visual performance on the facade of the Louvre des Antiquaires, Paris

Following the opening reception of DiVA Digital & Video Art Fair artist Jongbum Choi performed one of his visual performances in which he DJs, or spins, images with one hand while spinning music he creates with the other. He did a multi-channeled projection on the facade of the Louvre des Antiquaires as part of the DiVA opening event kick-off. Jongbum Choi’s work has been shown at the 2004 Shanghai Biennial, Art Chicago 2004, and the 2003 and 2004 Gwangju International Film Festivals in Korea. He’s represented by Walsh Gallery, Chicago, which specializes in contemporary Asian art and has a special interest in the field of new media. DiVA, Louvre des Antiquaires, Paris, November 15, 2007.
