This is the first part of a talk the artists Doug and Mike Starn held at their studio in Beacon. Mike and Doug Starn talk about their large installation called Big Bambú, a massive, moving construction made out of countless bamboo poles that is in constant transformation (see also this video on VernissageTV: Mike + Doug Starn: Big Bambú).
