Gabrielle Ammann, director of Designer’s Gallery, talks about her program at Design Miami Basel, especially about the “Event Horizon” table by Marc Newson and Zaha Hadid’s “Iceberg” sculpture, and the importance of Design Miami for design galleries. Interior architect Gabrielle Ammann established Designer’s Gallery in Cologne, Germany in 2006. The gallery concept was born out of Ammann’s extensive experience as a successful agent, consultant, and curator of contemporary design. At Design Miami Basel she presents selected works by Ron Arad, Marc Newson, Zaha Hadid, Florian Borkenhagen, Julia Lohmann, Julie Mathias & Michael Cross and Satyendra Pakhalé. Design Miami Basel, June 15, 2006.
