The Design Museum London is one of the world’s leading museums of modern and contemporary design. We met Deyan Sudjic, the Design Museum’s director who gave us a short introduction to the Design Museum and an outlook on future plans including the museum’s expansion and relocation. Since its foundation in 1989, the Design Museum London has won international acclaim for exhibitions on modern design history and contemporary design, for Designer of the Year and for championing new design talent. A lot of people use the Design Museum as a research resource through this website at designmuseum.org, which attracts over 2 million visitors every year.
