As every year, Deutsche Bank is presenting an exhibition at their VIP Lounge at Frieze Art Fair. This year, the show is dedicated to the work of German photographer Thomas Struth. Deutsche Bank has over fifty of Struth’s earlier works in its collection. Many of them examine the 50s and 60s German city developments of the Wirtschaftswunder. The works presented at Frieze are photographs of forests, depicting an abundance of growing trees, creepers and plants of all descriptions.
In this video, Friedhelm Hütte, Global Head Deutsche Bank Art, talks about Thomas Struth’s exhibition in the bank’s VIP lounge, but also about the commitment of the Deutsche Bank to art, the support of Frieze as main sponsor, the Deutsche Bank education program at Frieze, and current and upcoming projects. For the first the Deutsche Bank is presenting its art magazine, DB Artmag at the fair.
