Björk. Retrospective at MoMA, New York

Until June 7, 2015, the Museum of Modern Art, MoMA, in New York presents Björk, an exhibition dedicated to the work of the singer, composer, and musician Björk. The retrospective is conceived and organized by Klaus Biesenbach, Chief Curator at Large at MoMA and Director of MoMA PS1. The exhibition presents Björk’s oeuvre in many layers, with instruments, a theatrical presentation, an immersive sound experience, a focused audio guide, and related visualizations, from photography and music videos to new media works. The show includes a new, immersive music and film experience commissioned by MoMA. In this video, we have a first look at the retrospective on the occasion of the press preview (this video is an excerpt, the full-length version will be available soon).
