Rob Pruitt’s Flea Market in Venice

During the press preview days of the Venice Art Biennale 2015 in Venice (Italy), American artist Rob Pruitt brought his project Rob Pruitt’s Flea Market to Venice. The project took place at A plus A Gallery, an exhibition venue in the heart of Venice (close to the Palazzo Grassi). It was organized by the students of the 22nd Course in Curatorial Practices and Contemporary Arts at The School for Curatorial Studies in Venice, and curated by Tommaso Speretta. The gallery was transformed into a space of exchange, with both local and international artists participating, such as Gary Fisher and Gilda Manfring, Astro Amanda, Gracie Devito, Peter Harkawik, Sissi, Jim Krewson, Guiseppe Abate, Paola Angelini, Davide Spillari, FDM, Alberto Scodro, Kensuke Koike, Römer + Römer, Rainer Ganahl, and many others.
