Wave is the title of a light installation created by Spanish artist Pablo Valbuena. Presented by La Prairie, the artwork is conceived to be experienced by the public-at-large. It recalls the light dancing on an ocean wave, paying tribute to Miami Beach’s iconic oceanfront. Pablo Valbuena develops art projects and research focused on space, time and perception. Born in Spain, he is currently based in the south of France. His works have been installed in public and private institutions, biennials and galleries in the form of exhibitions, site-specific commissions and large-scale public interventions throughout Europe, Asia and America.
