VTV Classics (r3): Christian Boltanski. La vie possible / Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein

French artist Christian Boltanski currently has a huge exhibition at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The first time we covered one of his exhibitions was in 2009 in Liechtenstein, at the Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein in Vaduz. By that time, the show titled “La vie possible” was the largest retrospective exhibition in the German-speaking area since 1991. It covered the development of Christian Boltanski’s oeuvre since the mid-1980s, beginning with a series of the most famous Monuments.

We thought it’s time to give this film the VTV Classics treatment. This video is another film in our series of re-mastered and re-edited series of VernissageTV Classics. Our series r3 highlights the treasures of VernissageTV’s huge archive. R3 is a series of VernissageTV classics, now re-mastered, re-edited and reissued in High Definition. Here’s the complete list of videos.
