Hebel_121 in Basel (Switzerland) presents “Multiplex” by Swiss artist Daniel Göttin, a room installation with multilayer panels. The geometrically divided surfaces of the panels, painted with acrylic glaze, allow the wood grain to become a painterly component of the works. The multiplex panels, which are placed and laid in the room, are industrially produced, self-edited, and combine to form an overall visual-spatial perception. In addition, the solo exhibition features paintings and objects from recent years.
