Mike Cloud: A Eating Phylosophy / Max Protetch Gallery and the Center for Visual Communication

During Art Basel Miami Beach Max Protetch Gallery and the Center for Visual Communication presented “A Eating Phylosophy”, a solo exhibition by the New York-based artist Mike Cloud. Held at the 5’000 square foot project exhibition space next door to the Margulies Collection in the Wynwood District, the show featured new paintings of two types: Quilt Paintings and Caricatures. The Quilt Paintings use store-bought clothing, canvas, and irregularly arranged stretcher bars as supports. Miami, Florida, December 9, 2007.
