“DOPPIO” is the title of an exhibition series of the Museum zu Allerheiligen Schaffhausen, which was launched together with the Kunstverein Schaffhausen. In this exhibition series, artists with a regional connection are shown with one artist each from supra-regional areas.

In the third edition of the exhibition series “DOPPIO” works of the artist Nadja Kirschgarten are shown together with works of the Stuttgart painter Fabian Treiber. The two painterly positions complement each other both in terms of motif and in their painterly approach: while Kirschgarten’s works provide the living creatures, Treiber’s works contribute the appropriate, deserted interiors for the exhibition. While the color palette of both artists shows amazing parallels, they vary greatly in their methods of paint application, on the other hand. DOPPIO III is the first solo museum exhibition in Switzerland for both artists.
