Vincent Tavenne: Sender Äther Empfänger / Räume für Kunst und Scholz / Stuttgart

Vincent Tavenne: Sender Äther Empfänger is a group of exhibitions that focus on the work of French artist Vincent Tavenne. Starting from Tavenne’s exhibition “Monter/montrer | Du proche au lointain dans l’escalier” at the Hospitalhof in Stuttgart, Stephanie Benzing, Thomas Grässlin, Nanette Hagstotz and Gregor Scholz (Räume für Kunst und Scholz) developed an exhibition concept that includes presentations of Vincent Tavenne’s work at the Speisemeisterei Schloss Hohenheim, the Institut Français Stuttgart, Café Scholz Stuttgart, Stuttgart city hall, and Hospitalhof Stuttgart.
VernissageTV attended the opening of the exhibitions. The first part of our coverage documents the exhibitions at the Speisemeisterei and the Institut Français where two large sculptures and drawings are on display. We also spoke with Thomas Grässlin (Räume für Kunst und Scholz), the Consul General Christian Dumon and the Cultural Attaché Thibaut Triqueneaux (Institut Français).
Opening, Stuttgart / Germany, September 19, 2008. Part 1/2.
