Madelon Vriesendorp / Talk at the Swiss Architecture Museum, Basel

According to Swiss curator and art critic Hans Ulrich Obrist, Madelon Vriesendorp is an “almost unknown artist genius”. The exhibition The World of Madelon Vriesendorp at the Swiss Architecture Museum aims to redress this discrepancy and situate Vriesendorp in her rightful place within late 20th century culture. This video documents the talk Madelon Vriesendorp held on the evening of the Basel Museum Night, with an introduction by co-curator Shumon Basar.
Madelon Vriesendorp is one of the founding members of the OMA Office for Metropolitan Architecture in 1975 (together with Rem Koolhaas and Elia and Zoe Zenghelis).
