Interview with Cem Kinay / Dellis Cay

Dr. Cem Kinay is the CEO and Chairman of O Property Collection, and the developer and owner of Dellis Cay. Dellis Cay is a 560-acre private island located in the Turks & Caicos, British West Indies, 575 miles south of Miami, Florida. Dr. Cem Kinay commissioned the architects / designers Zaha Hadid, David Chipperfield, Kengo Kuma, Shigeru Ban, Piero Lissoni, Carl Ettensperger and Chad Oppenheim to design various residences and facilities on the island.
